Hi Dragonfruit Team! My name is Liz, and I’m so excited to be applying for the Chief of Staff role.

While I haven’t officially held the title of Chief of Staff, I’ve lived the role—managing complex calendars, spearheading many projects, assisted with travel arrangement, and so much more in-between.

I’m also a founder myself, which has shaped how I work: I move fast, think strategically, and understand how to prioritize what truly drives impact within a company. I’m tech-savvy, I have a knack for tools like Excel, AI-powered platforms, and am a quick learner.

Dragonfruit’s mission really resonates with me, and I’d love the chance to help scale your vision while bringing a splash of my creativity, structure, and momentum to the work you’re doing.
