With over six years of experience supporting C-level executives in the real estate and escrow industry, Elizabeth brings proven expertise in executive-level administrative support, project coordination, and confidential communication. As Executive Assistant to the President of a prominent escrow company, she managed dynamic calendars, coordinated meetings and travel, prepared detailed reports, and handled sensitive priorities with discretion and professionalism. Elizabeth’s role required keen organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Elizabeth served as Secretary of the company’s 501(c)(3) foundation, where she provided critical administrative support and contributed to policy creation, scholarship creation and approvals, and community engagement initiatives. This experience strengthened her ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support philanthropic missions.

Elizabeth is highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom). A self-motivated learner and creative problem-solver, she consistently strives to exceed expectations and deliver results that are both effective and innovative. Her strengths include excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and poise.

With this experience under her belt, she pursued her longtime dream of entrepreneurship by launching her own company. Amid the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, Elizabeth made the bold decision to soft launch an online bakery. After years of research and countless hours of recipe development, she successfully built a specialty bakery serving a unique niche market in a way that hadn’t been seen locally before.

Today, Elizabeth operates a thriving cake business as a licensed home baker, specializing in vintage-style cakes. What began as a passion project has since evolved into a profitable and well-loved local brand.

Philanthropy

My philanthropic endeavors have been a significant part of my personal and professional growth. At the Pango Foundation, I actively participated in initiatives aimed at enhancing community well-being. Additionally, I volunteer my time with Pasadena Humane & Stray Cat Alliance, which involves fostering animals, coordinating adoptions, and supporting their mission to promote animal welfare.

These experiences have instilled in me a profound sense of empathy and a commitment to making a positive impact.
